Digital electronics of control DELTA

The digital control electronics Delta allows to generate the drive signal to pilot the servovalvole of an hydraulic actuator by comparing the command signal with feedback one.

Servo2000 has developed the control electronic Delta so that more than one actuator at the time can be controlled independently and simultaneously.
The characteristics of the Delta electronics are:

-easy to use thanks to an intuitive graphical user interface
-creation of additional control channels by means of wizard
-multi-channel control capability (at the moment up to four actuators)
-master span and set point control for multi-channel configuration
-three control parameters for each actuator ( force, displacement and acceleration)
-selectable sampling and closed loop control frequency ( usually 2 kHz)
-merging of up to three command signals
-boundless number of monitors to show signal information like instantaneous , average, rms an peak values
-data logger with different ways of acquisition ( one shot , continuos ) and generation of log file with max and min for each parameters for endurance type of tests
-recording on the last n minutes of the test via a circular buffer and storing of peak ad valley for the whole test
-static safety limits (fixed thresholds) and dynamic one (comparison vs. time of controlled signal with reference signal
-instantaneous indication of the deviation value (difference between desired and actual). Threshold limit setting for deviation with programmable events (indicate, trip and shut)
-log file of the exceeded limits
-amplitude control (compressor) for direct (controlled feedback to keep constant) and indirect (another variable to keep constant) mode
-boundless number of cycle counter configured for: up, down, threshold etc
-boundless number of replay’s repeat counter with possibility to configure the relationship cycles/Km
-13 input analogue channels with possibility to select name , full scale and linearization polynomial terms
-digital input/output which can be configured by the operator
-management of the HSM for low/high pressure
-management of the hydraulic power supply
