Portable Ride Simulator PRS

Servo2000 has developed a light weight ( about 20 Kg) vibrating table capable to excite the car’s suspension through the wheel in order to tune the shock absorber without dismounting it and perform the tuning in a load frame.
This feature is particularly useful for competition cars.
The excitation displacement can reach +/- 15 mm al low frequencies . The maximum useful frequency is 50 Hz. If needed the system can be expanded to form a portable road simulator with the possibility to reproduce in the fields acceleration time histories or carry out noise investigation.
The table can be supplied equipped with four load cells (one for each corner) in order to measure the total load applied on the wheel pan ( max load 800 Kg ). It can also be added an accelerometer in the middle of the table to measure and control applied acceleration.

To minimise the whole dimensions and be able to carry the table during transportation , the control electronics is integrated into the hydraulic cabinet of the power pack which is sound protected as well.
